About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join the Teaching Personnel team in the Maidenhead area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children's development in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children in the early years setting

Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children

Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS guidelines

Support children's emotional, social, and physical development

Requirements

Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting (preferred)

A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years) is desirable but not essential

A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is advantageous

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for working with young children
