We are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistant for our Birmingham office (hybrid working, sharing your time between the office and from home if you wish).

The Marketing Co-ordinator responsibilities will be split into two distinct areas of focus. Firstly, working across the whole Marketing Team, they will provide a wide range of support and co-ordination to ensure a smooth running of a busy team. This role is an important cog in a busy team, proactively getting involved in a wide variety of work and will need to be able to turn their hand to a multitude of challenging and interesting tasks.

This role is varied involving purchasing and processing PO's; booking travel and hotels; supporting the team with marketing administration; supporting with client feedback and surveys; supporting with numbers and data insights, analytics, and competitor analysis; and other marketing related support activities. There is a progression route to Marketing Executive (PR, Communications, Digital and/or opportunities across BW).

Responsibilities:

General Marketing (2.5 days per week)

Coordination of Marketing team KPI monthly collection
Work with external suppliers where necessary - facilitating subscription/platform renewals and payments to third party suppliers.
Undertake actions related to purchase orders, refunds credit card reconciliation and other financial administration if requested by Marketing Team Leaders.
Ongoing marketing campaign support for contact tagging.
Ongoing implementation support to Head of Marketing Operations for operational team workflow.
Arrange and coordinate group meetings, travel and follow-up activities as required to support team leaders.

Marketing Insight (2.5 days per week):

Ongoing support for the client feedback programme and market analysis, including:

Regular communication with business stakeholders and external suppliers supporting client feedback activities
Administrative duties across tools and templates including ongoing analysis and reporting of client reviews
Maintain central competitor hub as a business resource.
Work alongside Market Insights Analysist to support and build knowledge of competitor analysis.
Co-ordination and build of survey tools deliver regular event feedback.
Liaise with wider stakeholders to share results and feedback, including maintaining internal survey hub.
Look for efficiencies, suggest ideas and new ways of working to ensure continuous improvement and development. Who we are looking for-

Ideally around 1 years' experience in a marketing role is required, preferably within a professional environment - or the ability to demonstrate knowledge and passion for marketing at interview.
A university degree and a grade C and above in GCSE Mathematics and English is preferable.
Experience of organising complex workloads and strict task management within a busy environment is crucial. Experience of finding insights within data would be a huge advantage
Self-starter, highly organised, and able to work well with colleagues at all levels in the organisation.
Confident to engage with a variety of people across the Marketing Team and wider organisation to deliver outcomes.
Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular demonstrable experience in Excel, Word and SharePoint.
Experience and interest in data visualisation platforms, such as Tableau are highly desirable
