They deliver specialist services across sectors including construction, fire protection, civil engineering, concrete cutting, and structural alterations. Their Fire Protection & Remediation division plays a critical role in bringing residential buildings up to current fire safety standards, particularly in response to post-Grenfell compliance requirements. With a focus on safety, technical excellence, and long-term client relationships, the business operates with a secure pipeline of work and a collaborative, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple fire safety refurbishment projects across social housing properties.

* Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of fire safety remediation projects, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations, particularly in relation to cladding, fire-stopping, and compartmentation.

Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

*

Ensure all works adhere to current fire safety regulations, project specifications, and client expectations.

*

Manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and quality standards across concurrent contracts.

Conduct regular site visits to project locations in the Midlands and North (1 day per week).

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience managing FRA remediation contracts.

*

Strong background in social housing refurbishment and fire protection works.

*

Demonstrable longevity with recent or current employers.

*

Willingness to be based in the East London office 4 days/week, with travel 1 day/week.
