Join our team as a CNC Press Brake Operator, contributing your expertise in precision manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication. If you're adept at interpreting drawings, programming CNC press brakes, and ensuring top-notch quality in fabrication, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize Trumpf-controlled systems or transferable skills from similar machinery (Amada, Bistronic, LVD, Edward Pearson).
* Work with sheet metal (1.0mm to 6.0mm thickness, up to 3 meters in length) to fabricate folded components.
* Program CNC press brakes to create detailed multi-fold programs aligning with drawings.
* Maintain and operate press brakes, continuously improving existing programs.
* Ensure quality, quantity, and inspection standards are met for all fabricated components.
* Select appropriate punches and dies based on material specifications and drawing requirements.
* Maintain cleanliness in the work area, machines, and tools at all times.

* Adhere strictly to company policies, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
* Engage in environmental preservation efforts, suggesting improvements and actively participating in recycling and energy conservation initiatives.
Person Specification:
* Essential 3+ years of experience in a Press Brake Operator role.
* Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and understanding material specifications.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
* Competency in basic mathematics, precision measurement tools, and computer literacy.
* Proactive mindset to enhance productivity and maintain high work standards.
* Willingness to learn and adapt, with a focus on continuous improvement
