Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Building Project (Port Talbot)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a market-leading subcontractor on a flagship building project near Port Talbot. This is an excellent long-term opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile scheme within the region.

The Role:

Taking full commercial responsibility across allocated packages on a major project.

Managing subcontract accounts, procurement, valuations, and change management.

Ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and reporting.

Working closely with project teams to support successful delivery.

A solid and consistent career history within major building projects.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex packages.

Ideally, some experience in structures or heavy civils elements.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with the wider team.
