Job Title- Quantity Surveyor

Location- Carlisle

Salary- £38,000-£42,000

Are you a qualified quantity surveyor with experience running multiple contracts?

Our client is one of the UK's leading property services contractors.

They are looking for a qualified quantity surveyor to join the team in Carlisle where you will oversee multiple social housing and commercial contracts.

As quantity surveyor, you will;

Measure, price and evaluate tenders
Take ownership of multiple projects/contracts from start to finish
Reporting and forecasting CVR
Develop and maintain existing client relationships, whilst pursuing opportunities for new partnershipsAs quantity surveyor, it is required that you;

Are professionally qualified to degree level or equivalent
Minimum 2 years running construction contracts independently
Commercially aware in developing new and existing clientsAs quantity surveyor, you will receive;

Competitive market salary dependent on experience level
23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
Car allowance up to £8,000
Bonus scheme of up to 15% annual salary
