As a Secondary Teacher you will:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons within your subject specialism across KS3 and KS4* Plan, prepare and differentiate lessons to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners* Create a positive and focused classroom environment that supports progress and wellbeing* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to drive achievement* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to maintain high standards* Contribute to wider school life, including form tutoring, enrichment activities and whole-school initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent* Experience teaching within a secondary setting* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialism* Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships* A proactive, resilient and enthusiastic approach* A genuine commitment to helping every student reach their potential

To be eligible you must:* Hold Right to Work in the UK* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service OR be willing to obtain a new one* Provide two professional child-related references
