A Housing Association based in Leeds is looking for a voids Supervisor on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The role will be to provide day-to-day support and guidance to the trades as they work on void properties, ensuring properties are turned around swiftly and promptly in accordance with timescales.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally come from a trade background and have "on the tools" experience. You will have experience supervising trades staff or be looking for the opportunity to step into a supervisory role.
You will be a team player with a strong work ethic. You will be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
