Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

A well-established and growing business is looking to recruit Contact Centre Handlers to join their operations team based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and solving problems for customers.

Due to the nature of the operation, the business runs a 24-hour service, so flexibility around shift patterns is required. The role involves working 5 days per week, with days off in lieu for any weekend shifts worked.

Shift Patterns:

* Weekdays: 6:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm

* Weekends: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

The Role

As a Contact Centre Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring assistance. You will manage inbound calls, assess customer needs, and coordinate solutions through a national network of service partners while keeping customers updated throughout the process.

This is a busy and rewarding role where excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling inbound calls from customers and providing clear, professional support

* Logging and managing cases accurately using internal systems

* Coordinating assistance through a network of external service partners

* Monitoring job progress and providing updates to customers

* Closing cases and ensuring all records are maintained accurately

* Supporting the wider operations team with daily administrative tasks

* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer service

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous customer service or contact centre experience

* Excellent communication skills with a calm and professional approach

* The ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult conversations

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Confidence using IT systems and learning new platforms

* A proactive and team-focused attitude

* Flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts
