Job Description:

Lead and develop a new High Voltage profit centre with full operational and financial responsibility.
Drive high standards of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and commercial controls.
Oversee contracts, ensuring correct interpretation and implementation of controls.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

Must have knowledge/working experience with High Voltage products/industries
Proven people management experience.
Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L and budget management).
