Using Microsoft Dynamics as the marketing automation platform, you’ll plan, build, and analyse multi-channel CRM campaigns—reinforcing the Cambridge Education, OnCampus and our partner university brands and supporting business growth through data-driven, high-impact communications.
Please note that interviews for shortlisted candidates and any potential job offers may be in place before the application end date. We recommend that, if interested in any of the roles, you apply as soon as possible.

- Collaborate with the website team to create or support copy for landing pages and website content as part of wider CRM campaigns.
- Segment the CRM database to deliver tailored messaging and improve engagement throughout the funnel.
- Plan and execute multi-channel communications including email, WhatsApp, WeChat and SMS.
- Define, track, and report on CRM objectives to measure business impact and campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, design, and calls to action to improve effectiveness.
- Ensure all email campaigns are accurate, tested, and deployed on time.
- Continuously monitor and analyse campaign results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging across all touchpoints.
- Peer-review content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency
Key specifications we will be looking for:
- Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, English, Business or a related field, or with equivalent professional experience.
- A strong interest in digital marketing, especially CRM and content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive marketing copy.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willingness to learn and grow technical skills in CRM platforms and tools.
- Collaborative and confident when working across departments and with senior stakeholders.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within email marketing and/or CRM.
- Proven experience in writing marketing copy for email and web content.
- Experience working within a CRM or marketing automation platform (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
