The successful candidate must have Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or happy to complete within 12 months), 5 years in children's residential care and proven Ofsted experience at a minimum of GOOD level.
The role comes with a salary of up to £65000 plus guaranteed bonuses with this unique and rewarding position
