Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Leading on site recruitment processes
  • Leading on staff training and development
  • Leading on in house HR processes
  • Management of petty cash and day to day finances
  • Line management of administration team
Recruitment KPIs
  • Act as the point of contact for recruitment across the college, including relevant pre-employment paperwork
  • Liaise with central recruitment team on all recruitment processes
  • Maintain and monitor the Single Central Register
  • Oversee DBS processes for all staff
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of the Safer Recruitment Process.
Staff training KPIs
  • Monitor the college training budget in collaboration with the Principal.
  • Maintain up to date training records for all staff
  • Monitor Achieve compliance rates and follow up through the line management structure
  • Source and secure staff training in collaboration with the Principal.
Human Resource KPIs
  • Monitor all internal HR processes within the college, liaising closely with HRBP
  • Monitor and oversee HR Net and Dataplan
  • Maintain and monitor all HR related paperwork on site e.g. Personnel files, employment contracts etc.
  • Undertake on site HR audits
  • Keeping abreast of all HR policies
Finance KPIs
  • Manage day to day petty cash allocation and utilise robust recording processes to monitor spend
  • Provide leadership, motivation and management to the Administration team, ensuring that they contribute effectively to the objectives of the college
  • Undertake appropriate appraisal, performance monitoring and mentoring roles
Line Management KPIs
  • Provide leadership, motivation and management to the Administration team, ensuring that they contribute effectively to the objectives of the college
