Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Timeplan Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bushey, Hertfordshire at a specialist school.

Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN to help them reach their full potential
Implementing behavior management strategies effectively
Collaborating with the SENCO and other staff members to create a supportive learning environmentRequirements:

Previous experience working with challenging behaviour and scenarios
Strong behaviour management skills
Experience working with SEN and SEMH
Classroom experience is preferred
Confidence in supporting pupils with diverse needs
Right to work
