We're hiring a Depot Manager to lead a major white glove, high-value delivery contract within a global logistics business.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of a specialist operation focused on 2-man delivery, in-home installation, and premium customer service.

The Role

Lead depot operations across warehouse & transport
Manage large teams delivering high-value, customer-critical services
Drive KPIs, service excellence, and operational performance
Oversee fleet, planning, and compliance (DVSA / O Licence)
Improve processes in a fast-paced, service-led environmentIs this you?

Experience in white glove, 2-man delivery, or high-value logistics
Strong leadership of teams within operational environments
Transport + warehouse knowledge
