Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and inspect all project activities to ensure on-time project delivery

- Coordinate and lead schedule meetings (pull, preinstallation) with all project stakeholders

- Secure permits and plan government inspections to deliver accurate and on-time project

- Update progress schedule and plan for future activities to ensure on-time delivery

- Effectively utilize project management software (Procore)

- Communicate important project updates with all project stakeholders

- Deliver safety training and enforce safety practices to ensure safe job site

- Manage material and site costs to control project expenses
