A well-established, diversified business operating across the UK and Ireland is seeking a Commercial Manager to support commercial performance across multi-site operations spanning manufacturing, logistics, supply and retail services.
The Role
Drive revenue growth through pricing strategy, customer retention and new business development.
Support sales teams to expand market presence and strengthen key accounts.
Work with manufacturing, logistics and operations to improve service delivery, control costs and ensure health, safety and quality compliance.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting, providing performance analysis to senior leadership.
Support margin improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
Maintain cross-department alignment and represent the business in customer and industry engagements.
The Person
Essential:
Experience in commercial, business development or operational management within manufacturing, logistics, distribution or similar sectors
Strong commercial and financial awareness
Experience working across departments in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
Experience within multi-site operations
Exposure to logistics or fleet environments
Interest in operational efficiency or sustainability
