What you will do as the Outpatient Manager:
-Work closely with the both the Consultants and your nursing team to provide exemplary care for your patients and lead by example.
-Promote and develop clinical practice, working with the SMT and other departments to improve the outpatient services within the hospital.
-You must have an active NMC registration and have a proven track record treating patients within an Outpatient setting. Previous experience at this level would be advantageous, but training can be provided so if you are looking to step up into a managerial role then please do get in touch.
