A well-established, reputable mortgage brokerage in Surrey is expanding its adviser team and is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join on either an employed or self-employed basis. Key Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, high-quality mortgage advice across residential and Buy to Let lending.
• Manage and convert warm leads supplied by the business.
• Maintain and develop your own transferable client bank.
• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
• Optional exposure to commercial and bridging finance (advantageous but not essential).
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold FCA regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker.
• Confident advising on residential and Buy to Let mortgages.
• Commercial and bridging experience beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to bring a transferable client bank.
