We are looking for a Finishing & Fulfilment Team Leader to support and lead our clients finishing team. The role involves organising work, maintaining quality, and helping the team meet daily deadlines.

Main Duties

• Lead and organise the finishing team
• Plan daily workloads and meet deadlines
• Maintain quality and accuracy
• Allocate staff to jobs and shifts
• Communicate with production and planning
• Support training and development

What We're Looking For

• Preferably 5+ years' experience in finishing, print, production or fulfilment, but not necessary
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic IT skills

Hours of Work

· 7.30am - 3.15pm (37.5 hours per week). Flexibility is required in order to meet operational requirements.

Training, including BPIF courses, may be provided.
