We are looking for a Finishing & Fulfilment Team Leader to support and lead our clients finishing team. The role involves organising work, maintaining quality, and helping the team meet daily deadlines.
Main Duties
- Lead and organise the finishing team
- Plan daily workloads and meet deadlines
- Maintain quality and accuracy
- Allocate staff to jobs and shifts
- Communicate with production and planning
- Support training and development
What We're Looking For
- Preferably 5+ years' experience in finishing, print, production or fulfilment, but not necessary
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic IT skills
Hours of Work
· 7.30am - 3.15pm (37.5 hours per week). Flexibility is required in order to meet operational requirements.
Training, including BPIF courses, may be provided.
