- Supporting the EA in running the office
- Managing the Reception area
- Answering and transferring all calls
- Managing switchboard
- Meeting and greeting all guests
- Ordering and setting up business breakfasts
- Scheduling meetings
- Binding documents
- Booking flights and accommodation where necessary
- Around 2-3 years in a similar Administrative position
- Must be passionate about supporting a team
- Professional phone manner
- Confident on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
