Your new roleAs an Early Years Educator, you'll be working with children aged 2-4, supporting both morning and afternoon sessions (24 children per session). What you'll need to succeed

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
• A passion for early childhood development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
