Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated teacher to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Blackpool, starting immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, well-resourced environment where staff are committed to helping every student overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You will be working with students who may present with challenging behaviours, Autism, ADHD, and complex emotional needs, delivering a tailored curriculum in a nurturing and structured setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Work closely with support staff and multi-agency teams
• Use trauma-informed and behaviour management strategies effectively
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting plans as necessary

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEMH and additional needs
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach
• A genuine desire to support vulnerable learners
