We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded main contractor based in Bournemouth. The business carry out projects across various sectors including commercial, education, leisure and retail with projects typically valuing up to £20mil. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract and are predominantly within an hours radius of Bournemouth.

Due to an increase in workload, they're now looking to bring an additional Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team which consists of long serving commercial staff. The business have a history of longevity with their employees and put an emphasis on the development of their people and promoting from within.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will take responsibility for the projects from initial conception, managing through to final account ensuring projects are delivered to maximum profitability and within time restraints.
