* Develop and implement care plans, ensuring the young person's needs are met effectively.

* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being while maintaining a safe and structured environment.

* Maintain accurate records of the young person's progress, incidents, and activities, in line with safeguarding requirements.

* Work closely with external professionals, including social workers and therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

* Take the lead in managing challenging situations and provide support in crisis situations.

About You:

* Previous experience in a residential care setting, ideally with EBD or complex needs.

* Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and support a team.

* A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them reach their potential.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Comfortable working a rolling shift pattern, including sleep-in shifts.

* Generous annual leave and additional benefits.

* Opportunities for career progression and professional development in a supportive environment.

* Lead and mentor a team, taking on a meaningful leadership role in the care sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Worker who is ready to take on more responsibility and advance their career in residential care. If you are passionate about supporting young people and ready to lead a team in a rewarding setting, we want to hear from you
