Quantity Surveyor:

The Client:

You will be joining a Main contractor who have a fast growing order book for the year looking to bolster their commercial team - Jobs ranging from £350k - £10 million. Work is a mix of New build, Fit out and construction.

Experience wanted:

4+ Years as A Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main contractor Background preferred. Having extensive estimating knowledge including using programmes Coins and Con Quest essential.

Pre-Construction:

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.Construction Phase:

Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.Post-Construction:

Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.
Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentationINDFIT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £55,000.00-£63,000.00 per year
