Senior Service Advisor

Specialist car dealership is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the busy team due to ambitious growth plans. This automotive company is one of the UKs leading specialists in their area, with a fantastic reputation in service, sales, restoration, upgrades and track day support.

What will you be doing?
You will oversea jobs through the retail workshops, working closely with technicians, parts managers and other service staff.
You will make sure all repairs are carried out to the highest possible standard, upholding the reputation of being a market leader offering excellent customer service. This will include ensuring all work meets or exceeds the relevant legislation and good practice guidelines.
Working with the Aftersales Manager you will assist in continual improvement of processes and systems, maximising profitability for the business.

Background
You could currently be working in a senior role in a Main Dealership and would like to work with prestigious and exciting brand where you will be challenged and supported by an experienced management team.
You could also come from another client facing service related position covering sales and aftersales, where customer service and client satisfaction is a key part of your role.
You will have a great, hands on leadership style and experience working across different teams and departments.
