3 Years' Employment History (with supporting documents - Employment Contract, Reference Letters, Salary Evidence, Payslips, HMRC Tax Payment Copy)

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to manage contractors and ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of infrastructure and facilities projects at Radbroke.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day contractor activities

Enforce HSG47 safety protocols and site-specific health & safety rules

Oversee site logistics and minimise disruption to live environments

Maintain accurate documentation (permits, RAMS, logs, evidence)

Monitor quality and ensure compliance with project specifications

Liaise between contractors, ISS Projects team, and stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and safe systems of work

Proven experience in construction/infrastructure supervision (live operational sites preferred)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proactive, solution-focused, and calm under pressure
