I am looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to join a new children's service on The Wirral. The service is a new home for an established childcare provider and will offer excellent care and support to children with varied needs . Responsibilities

* Hold the registration for the brand new 3 bed home, ensuring it operates in line with Ofsted regulations.

* Provide leadership and direction to the care team.

* Ensure the home delivers high-quality, child-centred care that meets needs of the children and young people.

* Recruit, develop and manage the care team.

* Work with the Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

* Liaise with external agencies, professionals, and families to achieve the best outcomes for young people.

* Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

To be considered for this great opportunity you will need to hold NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards this). If you are a current Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting you can be considered if you can demonstrate your management potential. You will have good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
