Small business office needs assistant to scan documents, file hard copies , communicate with accountants, research medical and other data online, purchase food and supplies, make phone calls for personal appointments, travel to storage facility ,organize and set up business office for busy traveling doctor.
in addition, need to function as a bookkeeper. Keeping track of all personal and business expenses with income. Sending monthly reports to owner as well as tax accountant. Must be able to comply with reports requested from quick books by tax accountant monthly, quarterly and at year end. Will be required to submit quarterly tax deposits to IRS with direction of owner and tax accountant.
Initially, time will be spent on organization of files and scanning many receipts and documents for 3-4 months. Then by December 2018 focus will be on taking over bookkeeping of quickbooks from current bookkeeper.
Nevada corp recently opened small admin office in Santa Cruz and sent many hard copy files to this new location. Need files and receipts scanned with Scan snap hardware into Neat software and other apps. Also need same files saved in organized fashion for hard copies in office and storage facility.
Must have car for transporting boxes to storage. Must have at least a high school diploma with high aptitude for learning to write up medical credential applications. Must have excellent computer skills. Must be able to learn fast and be reliable to meet deadlines. Must have good written and verbal communication in English. Will be expected to write letters and make phone calls.
Current employee moving to college September 1,2018 and need immediate replacement . Office has free coffee, water, tea, full kitchen to cook lunch or dinner, showers, nice furniture and plants,sun light , close to restaraunts and beach.
Position is part-time with very flexible work hours .
