Force Recruitment are currently partnered with a well established, successful and growing Civil Engineering firm based in Leeds. They have experienced a period of sustained growth and due to new contract winds and a full order book they are looking to expand their commercial department by adding a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the financial and contractual management of our projects. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure our builds are delivered on budget, on time, and to the highest standards.

Managing the full commercial lifecycle of projects from tender through to final account

Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering solutions

Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Tracking project costs, risks, and cash flow forecasts

Identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality

Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management
