Team Leader Required Competitive salary and great company benefits The Role of a Team Leader Our client has a fantastic opportunity available for a dynamic Team leader to join their rapidly expanding customer service teams based in Brighton. This thriving department deals with a high number of incoming calls on a daily basis, providing excellent levels of customer service, while responding to customer enquiries about products, and services. The successful team leader will be responsible for leading, supporting and coaching their team to drive performance and support excellent customer service that our client prides itself on This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis. Full flexibility is required between Monday – Sunday 8am- 10pm. Key duties of a Team Leader Lead and manage your team to deliver and exceed business KPIs Inspire your team with energy and motivation to achieve targets Lead by example at all times Provide regular coaching on an individual and team basis Identify training needs of lower performing staff and take remedial action by structuring individual development plans and solutions using the SMART approach Ensure that information is communicated effectively and in a timely fashion Liaise with line managers and key stakeholders regards maximising campaign revenue/ growth The successful Team Leader Have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service results and thrive working under pressure Have Experience of managing and inspiring high-performance teams Be commercially aware Be able to offer open, honest and constructive feedback, with the ability to listen, and build rapport, trust and loyalty Have energy and enthusiasm, with a ‘can do’ approach to overcome obstacles Be PC literate, and able to work accurately, follow policies and procedures, and work within regulatory standards Ideally, we are looking for an individual who has experience of working in the insurance services industry or has strong customer service contact centre experience.
