CFS is partnering with an industry leader in recreational vehichle manufacturing. They are are targeting an HR Business partner to be a leader, innovator, problem solver and strategic thinker who is capable of connecting with employees at organizational levels. Focus areas include talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, employee development, strategic planning and legal compliance. Tenacity, energy, integrity and authentic interest in people are a must. Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead TA process for site to support adequate staffing levels

• Partner with employees and Leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives in support of creating a world class working environment

• Responsible for the development, application and interpretation of fair and consistent HR systems policies & programs ensuring compliance with Federal and State employment laws

• Responsible for human resource planning and employee relations for site

• Function as coach and business partner

• Develop, implement and champion HR programming which fosters employee development, engagement and retention Key Competencies

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Solid interpersonal skills and high tolerance for ambiguity and change

• Must be self directed and able to effectively prioritize tasks/work

• Demonstrated organization and planning skills

• Committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of work

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years of successful human resource experience working as an HR Business Partner across multiple departments/disciplines

• Experience working in a matrixed organization preferred

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office programs and/or Google Suite

• Experience with SAP preferred

• HR certifications preferred (SHRM-CP, PHR and above)
