This role is needing experience/strong exposure with Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing. This can be a Six Sigma qualification or knowledge of methodologies/hands on experience process mapping and project implementation.

This role could suit a Production Shift Manager, Operations Team Leader/Shift Manager with the above experience.

We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site food/beverage manufacturer who are looking for a CI Co-ordinator/Shift Manager with this exposure to join the team on a Mon-Fri days shift.

You will be responsible for training, development, coordinating production line improvement plans, supporting the CI Manager in best practices and CI, focus of reducing costs, waste, increasing line efficiency and people involvement/engagement, coaching and training CI concepts and tools/techniques, reviewing performance.

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in a CI focused role or at least Shift Management with strong, hands on exposure. Ideally 3-5 experience at management level and an ability to communicate with Leadership to shop floor level.
