What You'll Do

• Produce accurate quotations for bespoke structural and architectural support systems

• Interpret architectural / structural drawings to build pricing models

• Liaise with design, production and delivery teams to confirm feasibility and margins

• Maintain tender documents, costings and client records in line with KPIs

• Assist in commercial decisions that protect margin and win high-value projects

You'll Need

• Background in estimating, quantity surveying or technical commercial support within construction

• Strong numeracy, detail focus and MS-Office / estimating-software skills

• Confident communicator across internal teams and with clients

• Motivation to grow with a small but ambitious commercial team

Great If You Also Have

• Experience with structural steel, façades or bespoke engineered products

• Familiarity with margin protection and tender tracking systems
