We are currently recruiting on their behalf for a Senior FinPro Claims Adjuster, based at their office in the heart of London. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of duties, including handling a portfolio of Casualty, Specialty and Property claims, leading claims audits, and supporting Underwriters on any claims related interactions with cedents and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a caseload of US and international Professional & Financial Lines Claims, as well as some Healthcare and Cyber Claims.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key brokers and internal / external stakeholders.
• Promoting compliance with best practice for all aspects of claims management.
• Participating in renewal meetings with Underwriters as required.
• Provide feedback to Underwriters from a Claims perspective.
• Participating in client visits and leading audits as required.
• Representing the company at market meetings and on market committees.
• Participating in claims audits.
• Assisting with evaluating, training, advising and mentoring the claims staff, as well as providing technical expertise to the claims and underwriting process.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience of handling FinPro / Casualty Claims within the Lloyd's / London Market.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong educational background.
• Knowledge of ECF/IMR and core business systems - Outlook, Word, Excel.
