Managing the school's front office, phone lines, emails, and reception

Supporting senior leadership and teaching staff with day-to-day admin tasks

Liaising with parents and external professionals in a professional manner

Ideal Candidate:

Previous school admin experience is desirable (SIMS knowledge is a plus)

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Friendly, professional, and able to work well in a team

Comfortable in a school environment supporting children with additional needs
