Plant Manager 

Salary: £65,000 + 20% Bonus + Car Allowance

Hours - M- F Days 

Location: West Bromwich

We are currently recruiting for a Plant Manager to join a market-leading organisation within the UK industrial Manufacturing Sector. This role offers full responsibility for site operations, with a strong focus on health & safety, compliance, operational performance, and team leadership.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Plant Manager will drive efficiency, control site costs, manage compliance, and develop a high-performing team. The business is known for investing in its people and offering long-term progression.

Skills required for the Plant Manager:

Proven experience managing operational teams in a regulated environment

Strong Health, Safety & Environmental leadership

IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)

Good knowledge of site permits, risk assessments, and ISO standards

Confident leading investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management

Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or similar advantageous
