Job Title: DV Cleared Project Manager

We are recruiting for a DV Cleared Project Manager to deliver high-value construction and refurbishment projects within a secure Defence environment.

This is a key role based in High Wycombe, responsible for managing the full project life cycle from inception to completion, across multiple projects ranging from £100k to £5 million. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, and experience managing complex projects in highly regulated or MOD settings.

Security Clearance Requirement:
This position requires active DV Clearance, or DV clearance that has lapsed within the past 6 months. You must be a sole UK national and willing to undergo additional security clearance as part of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of multiple construction and refurbishment projects

*

Lead projects from initial scoping and design through procurement, construction, and final handover

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget

*

Interface with clients, end users, design teams, and subcontractors throughout all RIBA phases

*

Develop project scopes, schedules, and cost plans in line with client governance requirements

*

Present project progress updates and risk assessments to clients and internal stakeholders

*

Coordinate supply chain partners and ensure compliance with all HSEQ standards

*

Provide clear reporting on issues, risks, and opportunities across all live projects

Requirements:

*

Current DV Clearance or DV clearance lapsed within past 6 months

*

Sole UK national and able to undergo additional vetting

*

Proven experience delivering complex projects in Construction, M&E, or Civils

*

Strong knowledge of the full RIBA project life cycle

*

CSCS card holder

*

SMSTS qualification (in date)

*

Health & Safety certification (IOSH or NEBOSH)

*

Commercial awareness and supply chain management experience

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

*

Comfortable operating in secure or Defence environments
