Key Account Manager - London
REMOTE BASED - Ideally within the South East of the country
£35000-£45000 + OTE £25K uncapped + Benefits
Leading MSP in London are looking for a Key Account Manager to work with a set number of end user clients in the private sector and assist in maintaining those relationships and also look for new revenue streams within these customers.
To apply the successful Account Manager will need to ideally come from a fellow MSP, demonstrate a consultative approach to work and have excellent client relationship skills.
Being a preferred partner to leading vendors including Sophos, Dell EMC, Cisco and Microsoft, it is expected that the successful applicant will have a range of product experience with knowledge of the Microsoft Stack being essential.
Key duties of the Account Manager role will include:
- Maintaining a set number of accounts in the South East identifying new business opportunities and additional revenue streams.
- Liaising with the extensive technical team of our client, ensuring a high level of service delivery is maintained.
- Attending site meetings across the South East with the customer in order to extend contract agreements. With the rest of the time working remotely.
- Work closely with the Sales Director, attending any vendor training where needed.
Targets will be based on run rate business, contract/lease extensions and new revenue streams.
You will carry you own personal target and will be expected to achieve 95% client retention. OTE's will enable you to earn in excess of £25,000-£30,000 on top of your basic and this is uncapped.
