The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen in a fast-pace Facilities team for an FM Officer to support and develop the onsite CAFAM tool “Planon”.
You will be responsible for the integrity and daily maintenance of all information stored within this tool and have the ability to improve the services it delivers.

The Role Support the FM Senior Facilities Officer with the development and maintenance of Planon, from upgrades, Patchwork and business cases for new functionality.
Responsible for the Interface with all stakeholders in relation to the Planon tool Monitor all suppliers and that they are adhering to SLAs on a daily basis.
(updating job statuses, programmed completion dates, correct service provider, customer comment responses, closing of jobs in a timely manner) Utilise Planon and assist in the monitoring of FM supplier performance to ensure process compliance with SLAs and ensure data is accurate, current and available Assist in the introduction of Planon processes that ensure that Planon and its reports remain accurate.
