RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with this fantastic company based in Wythenshawe who are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team in a Hybrid role. The candidate will support the Group Financial Controller and Management Accountant across a variety of finance tasks. As the Assistant Accountant the candidate will be involved in month end reporting, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and invoicing and will play a key role in the credit control aspect of the business.

The Role -

• Responsible for month end accounting for one of the groups companies
• Handle accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register, balance sheet reconciliations
• Support management accountant with month end reporting
• Lead Credit Control function for one of the groups companies alongside a credit control administrator.

The Candidate -

• At least 3 years experience within accounts or finance
• Experience with month end accounts and processes
• Experience with Credit Control
• AAT qualifications or desire to study

The Package -

• £29k-£33k (DOE)
