The ABRITE Organization is seeking enthusiastic, motivated board certified behavior analysts to assist in the delivery of home and school based behavior analytic services for children identified with learning delays ranging in age from birth to 15 years of age. We are currently hiring for our Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, and Southern California offices. The developmental delays of our children range from language only deficits to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

We are searching for unique applicants who must exhibit a diverse repertoire encompassing skills to promote language acquisition as well as an understanding of increasing skills across all developmental domains. In addition, the applicant must demonstrate skills in functional assessment and treatment of behavioral excesses based on the empirically supported behavior analytic methodologies. The applicant must possess the following:
- Master's degree in psychology (preferred), education, or special education
- Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with children using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Qualified clinicians who are bilingual (English/Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply
