A well-regarded education institution is looking for a Management Accountant to provide maternity cover for 12 months from September 2025. This is a hands-on, varied role within a friendly finance team, supporting the day-to-day running of the financial operations.

The key duties as Management Accountant are:

Preparing monthly management accounts and leading the annual budget process

Managing payroll reconciliations, pension schedules and key journal entries

Supporting the year-end audit and finalising accounts appendices

Overseeing financial transactions for catering, conferencing and investments

Liaising with departments across the College and providing finance system support

You must have experience in the above mentioned duties and be comfortable working with Excel and juggling a broad range of responsibilities, the role is full-time with hybrid working options plus excellent benefits including free lunch, generous pension contributions and use of on-site facilities.
