Are you ready to take on a hands-on role at the heart of our operations? We're looking for a proactive and safety-conscious individual to operate, inspect, and maintain our asphalt plant, ensuring top-quality material production that meets Heidelberg Materials' high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan & Prepare: You'll help plan daily production based on customer needs and plant capabilities.
• Operate with Precision: Start-up, shut-down, and optimise plant performance to keep everything running smoothly.
• Inspect & Maintain: Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on both static and mobile plant equipment - keeping everything safe and efficient.
• Drive & Deliver: Operate mobile plant machinery including Front-End Loaders (FEL) and dumpers to move materials and feed the plant.
• Fuel the Flow: Refuel machines and ensure all operations are carried out safely and to the highest standards.
• Record & Report: Keep accurate records to support site management and compliance.

What You Bring:

• Experience operating mobile plant machinery (FEL/dumpers)
• A proactive approach to safety and maintenance
