As a Learning Support Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in KS1/KS2. The school has great facilities & close to public transport, the school's focus is to give a nurturing approach to learning whilst making learning fun. Successful applicants will support Class Teachers, ensuring pupils are interacting in the lessons, supporting the children's needs, and encouraging their learning. Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential.

The Role:

Location: Stockport
Salary: £20000- £22000 per annum
Start Date: September
Contract Type: Full Time
 
To be successful you must be able to:

Communicate clearly with Teachers and young individuals
Create an encouraging learning environment for pupils
Be understanding and caring
Carry out tasks involving a computer or hand-device
Remain calm during stressful situations
Work on different activities conducted inside and outside school premises
