🎓 About the Role:

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you'll be supporting students across a range of subjects, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You'll work closely with teachers and SENCOs, assist in the classroom, and deliver targeted interventions where required.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN and EAL

Help create a positive and productive learning environment

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
