This pivotal role will involve guiding our Science Department to deliver excellence, while also serving as a key member of the extended leadership team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of scientific excellence, leadership, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the science department, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate curriculum advancements into broader organisational strategies.

* Mentorship: Mentor and develop Science teachers, Heads of Subjects, promoting professional growth and excellence.

* Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of resources within the science department.

* External Relations: Represent the organisation in scientific communities, conferences, and partnerships.
