We are delighted to be working with a lovely and welcoming primary school in Terndring, Essex, who are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil.

This rewarding role involves supporting a young pupil with their learning and day-to-day needs, including toileting support, so we are looking for someone who is Caring, calm, and able to provide personal care with dignity and compassion

KS1 1:1 support

Ideally full-time, however mornings only will be considered

Supporting learning, engagement, and personal care needs

Working as part of a friendly, supportive school team

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience supporting children in a primary school setting (school-based experience preferred)

Be comfortable supporting pupils with toileting needs

Be reliable, nurturing, and proactive

Have a genuine passion for supporting young children
