Overview
We are urgently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a high-end residential property build in Hampstead. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in valuations, cost management, and package management within the high-spec residential sector. The position begins on a contract basis with a clear opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for the project.

Lead valuation processes, ensuring accurate monthly valuations and cost tracking.

Oversee package management, including procurement, tendering, negotiation, and subcontractor management.
*
Conduct site visits (2 days per week) to monitor progress, verify works, and assess variations.
*
Produce and maintain CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) reports.
*
Manage contractual obligations, including variations, claims, and change control.
*
Work closely with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure the project's financial integrity.
*
Maintain strong cost control measures and identify opportunities for value engineering.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high-end residential / luxury residential projects.
*
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with valuations, CVRs, and package management.
*
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
*
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
*
Immediately available or able to start at short notice.
